- The experienced instructor shows you the major differences in the handling of the board for body-dragging, water-starting, and riding in a safe way.
- For surfing novices, an explanation of how to read the waves will illustrate the way to properly use them as ramps, and surf them.
- Since entering the water, the student is constantly guided by the instructor through 2-way radio helmets which allow for a faster learning process.
